Quad Biking in Wellington

As we made our way from Taupo to Wellington, we stopped off at Kapiti Quad Bikes for a bit of 4×4 fun! Now this was my first time on a quad bike and although I generally don’t enjoy driving cars, driving a quad was a whole other story!

Wellington

This was my third time visiting Wellington and lucky us we got an entire day to spend checking out the sights and sounds.  First we took a cable car from Lambton Quay up to the Wellington Botanic Gardens for a magnificent view of the harbor. Followed soon after by a stroll through downtown with a stop at the Te Papa Museum, a free museum where you can view a colossal squid, learn about the history of New Zealand and have fun with some cool interactive multimedia exhibits.
