Peace Out 2011
Well 2011 has been a year of discovery for myself. I have spent the better part of the year in a sense of reflection. I discovered what I wanted in my career, my relationships, my mind and my heart. I turned 24 this year so I am now in my mid-20′s, no more early 20′s. And I had the first taste of a “mid-life-crisis”. All this reflection and discovery lead to a slower year but an important one nonetheless. So that’s why I cannot wait to begin 2012.
This is my year, I can sense it. I predict tons of exciting opportunities, countless adventures , numerous vlogs and blogs, and a completely transformed Nadine. A more confident, very interesting and super fun Nadine.

This is a gift my sister gave me for Christmas, 1000 Places To See Before You Die , a wonderfully inspiring desk calendar. However, if all my life goals go as planned, I won’t be home very long to flip each page on my desk; I’ll be traveling to see them in person.
So with that I wish you all a Happy New Year, take care and thank you so much for supporting me, following me, and coming along with me on my journeys.
Cheers,
-Nadine

You have always been interesting and fun Nadine! But its good to hear your feeling more confident and it sounds like you have found direction and goals for your life and im sure 2012 will be a very interesting and exciting year for you and I cant wait to see all your travels and adventures!
If only I could find that direction too now… I’m in my last semester at university so I have tons of that reflection to do in order to decide my job, where i am going to live, my relationships … everything. Its totally stressful lol but I’m sure ill figure it out just as you have. I think how you travel and experience so many interesting things is a real inspiration and I would love to incorporate some travels and excitement in to my plans too!
Wishing you the best in 2012!

Hey Alex!
Yea, planning life after Uni is tough, I don’t necessarily think I went about it the right away at first. All I can say for advice would be start planning early, if you wanna travel, after you graduate is a perfect time. But don’t stress too much, life is quite long and there will be plenty of time to sort out your future :)
I think you’re right about planning early, and I have been starting to try and plan now but I already feel so behind! But you are also right that I do have alot of time so I try not to freak out too much lol. I’m hoping for a trip as a graduation present so I can start with that :) Then I would just have to decide where to go first… but thats a pretty good decision to have to make!

Life itself is one big adventure – seems like yesterday we were watching a Venetian Princess. Thank You for taking us along on your adventures and for the all the entertaining videos in between–I can’t wait to see what 2012 has to bring to your dynamic life….You only live once so no matter where you go or what you do just continue to have fun along the way— Like Alex, wishing you the best in this new year…
I can’t wait to see where you travel to next, Nadine. Will you be at the London Olympics as you once said you would be? I know you won’t answer that because you always want to surprise us.
I also feel 2012 is going to be your best ever year. It’s your last chance to make your mark before you settle down to a more normal life, and I know you will grab that chance with both hands. You are a go-getter, so go get it now.
