Because we all get bored sometimes Here’s some pool fun photos!!
P.S. Don’t forget! YOU could win a vacation to Jamaica where I shot this video plus $3500 spending money to get to experience the exact same things I did! ALSO, you’ll get your own waterproof Xacti camera All you have to do is CLICK HERE to vote for my video and you’ll be entered to win!
So here we have the second video for you from my Jamaica trip with Sanyo Xacti!
In this video I got the opportunity to go to Dolphin Cove to swim with the Dolphins!!
Regardless of the expression on my face I was rather concerned if I would be hurting the dolphin by doing this :/
I find the massive amount of Xacti Cameras in the water slightly funny Poor Dolphins, probably though we where crazy!
Next up we have the Waterfall! Now this was a pretty crazy experience, we had a group of local tour guides that literally knew EVER stone and step as we trudged up the river. While there I ended up jumping off tree, swimming through an underwater cave, wading underneath the waterfall (even though it was only a TINY space!).
Pretty crazy! I heard Charles say it was one of the best experiences of his life! Where as, well I wouldn’t QUITE put it at that
Group shot!! Funny how it was all the youtubers Silly water-sport guys, waterfalls are for vloggers

So as promised I have here the FIRST of SEVERAL videos from Jamaica for you
During our trip in Jamaica with Sanyo Xacti I got the opportunity to try out some amazing and crazy activities. Now these are just SMALL snippets clips you’ll get to see more in-depth in my other videos yet to come
A little bit of details about the activities featured in this video.
Jet Skiing- Seadoos, whatever else you call it where your from. Now this wasn’t a first time experience for me but looking into the camera and trying to hold on was hahah. I felt bad for Tim my camera man And I’m pretty sure everyone on the boat watching us thought I was CRAZY.
Cliff Jumping- This was ridiculous, I only jumped of the 25 meter cliff and I almost had a heart attack. Now imagine the 75 meter jump!! (You’ll get to see that too). And they didn’t just jump, they DIVED.
Wakeboarding- Luckily I convinced Sam the professional wakeboarder to teach me how to wakeboard This was amazing, I got 7 attempts in and 2 rides out of it, the final ride lasting over a minute(probably 2) !! <– I think that’s rather impressive for me haha
Donut Rides- I don’t know if you can tell but at the end Sophie and I completely wiped out and my hand actually got stuck in the arm hold and I got dragged several meters! I was VERY lucky I didn’t dislocate anything and only ended up with a few bruises.
So take a look at the video and don’t forget to go check out http://xacti-passion.com where YOU could win a vacation to Jamaica where I shot this video plus $3500 spending money to get to experience the exact same things I did! ALSO, you’ll get your own waterproof Xacti camera

So, when Kristy and I took our first trip to the Great Wall of China we went on a tour and in total the amount of time spent at the wall was around 1 hour and 45 mins. Now that may SEEM like a long time, but it includes the gondola ride, hiking up to get to the wall, and walking/filming/photos etc. Time really does fly! So since we had a free day in Beijing, we decided to try and make our way out to the other sections of the wall and do some more hiking!
After reading some traveler review, we decided to check out the Juyongguan Pass, and to travel there via… PUBLIC TRANSPORT! CRAZY.
Now, in Singapore and Malaysia we had traveled on subways and buses before with little to no problem, but China was a whole different ball game! Luckily, most tourist spots have English public transport direction floating around on Google, however, what it didn’t say was that it took us almost 4 hours to get to the wall! It was bus, subway, bus and finally we gave up and took a 10 minute taxi. Finally, when we got to our destination we were as you say, slightly disappointing :/ The Juyongguan Pass was literally two loops that went up either side of the mountain, and then came back down. Where was the beautiful wall that extended miles and miles in either direction?!
If you click on this map you’ll can see the layout of this section..and see if you notice a HUGE fail on the English
So we decided to make the most of it and climb on of the mountain. After reaching the top to view some stunning views and going to the washroom (yes, there are toilets on the great wall) we climbed down with another 2 hours to spare.
Now one thing about this section is that it’s only about a 10minute drive from another accessible section known as the Badaling Section. Now the Badaling section is the most popular tourist section. It is the section EVERYONE goes to because it the easiest and closest to get to from Beijing, it has amazing views, and its the most restored section of the Great Wall, so its very easy to hike.
We thus decided we might as well check out that section too, Kristy and I negotiated with this “Taxi driver” a price to take us to the other section. ( I put taxi driver in quote because it was really just a lady with a car that will give you a ride for cash, there are tons of them all over China)
Although this section was a bit lame with a theme park ride down the mountain, tons of shops and random animals like bears and camels, it was still gorgeous, and the weather couldn’t be better!
So in case you haven’t noticed, I am currently travel around New Zealand!! AND I’ll be moving onto other places as well. Well, as your all might or might not know traveling cost money :/
SO, I was reading up on my blogs, and I’ve seen this tried before so I thought I would give it a go! In an attempt to fund some of my traveling I have created Personalized Hey Nadine Postcards!! Well, I don’t actually create the postcards, I buy the postcards
So how this works is like this,
I will be purchasing a variety of different and exciting postcards from my travels and will be handwriting a personalized message from me and then mailing them to you!!
A NOTE ON THE CARDS: Each card has no more than 5 duplicates, most are only singles of each as they are bought in packs of 10 or 20 all different from each place. Each card is written with a unique message to you about the card/place or something else related. (Because it actually is quicker, easier and a lot nicer to write out a new message from the top of my head, then it is to boring repeat the same generic one >.< ) ALSO, the message covers the whole backs of the cards, its not just a sentence or 2
CURRENT POSTCARD COUNTRY:BALI, INDONESIA and CHINA!
This is to cover the cost of the Card $1.00, the Postage $1.80, Paypal fees $0.50, and then the remainder goes towards the time it takes to write the card as support towards my traveling. I believe it is a fair cost, and I hope you do to So let me know what you think and I hope you enjoy your postcard if you buy one!!
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR MAILING ADDRESS IS CORRECT!!
I’m very sorry if you make a mistake, but once it is sent I cannot change the address. ALSO, the cards should take about 6-10 working days (around 2 weeks) , however, I would probably give it a bit long since I am traveling and I can’t always get to a post office within a day or two
So on our way back from the Great Wall of China Kristy and I were dropped off at this food market in Beijing, China. Now I have heard of the Chinese eating weird things, but I definitely did not expect this!
There were so many weird things to try and trust me, people were eating them all! (not raw of course). You would actually purchase the item and then they BBQ it for you and sometimes add sauces and flavorings. Yum, Yum.
Needless to say I was NOT brave enough to attempt eating anything other than some Tako Yaki (deep fried octopus), some pork dumplings and some bites of Kristy’s mystery meat wrap (I think it was beef). Oh yes, and we tried candied strawberries which where ridiculously sweet, and yet still very genetically satisfying :/
