Hey Everyone!

Hope you all had a great lazy and exciting Super Bowl Weekend. While I myself didn’t participate in any Super Bowl parties or watching,  (I’m not really a football fan) I did get a chance to watch some of the commercials, of course my favorite is the Alice in Wonderland one, because I cannot wait to see that movie!

Aside from that this weekend has been pretty uneventful for me. It’s mainly been an errand running weekend, along with some fitness :P I am really trying hard to work on my cardio, I’ve been training over the last few months since I would like to run a race of some sort, I haven’t really narrowed it down .   So at the moment I am just trying to bring my stamina back up to grad school levels where I used to be a very skilled cross-country runner ( I could never do sprinting).

One app that I started using to get back into shape is call Couch to 5k,it great for beginners or rusty runners like me. One of the bonuses I really enjoyed about it was that I could play my music underneath the program, which really worked well. Now I have passed the need for the app, but I would defiantly recommend it.

I also have to tidy up my room after this post. Do you find that when you are moving you tend to be very relax on keeping your room in order? I DO. Maybe it’s because in the back on my mind I know I am just going to be taking everything back out again so why bother putting it away?

Away! I have a very exciting week ahead, I’ll keep you all posted and I hope you had a well…more eventful weekend then me :)
